The Tax Forms Summary dialog lists all tax forms produced for the account. Tax forms for client name accounts are not included because they are produced by the fund company or the intermediary.
2. Select Account Tax Forms from the More... list. The Account Tax Forms dialog appears.
3. Enter the year for the tax forms you want to view in the Tax Year field.
4. Select a tax form type from the Tax Form Type list.
Note:
If the Tax Year and Tax Form Type fields are left blank, all tax forms for all years are returned. The sort is descending by tax year, tax form type, and print date. Totals for the year are only returned if a valid tax year is entered.
5. For RESP accounts, select a Recipient from the drop-down list.
6. Click Search. Tax forms matching your search criteria are displayed.
7. To print a duplicate of the contribution receipt, click the Duplicate button. After the confirmation is accepted, a refreshed view of the Account Tax Forms screen is presented showing a new line for the resulting duplicate contribution receipt, including a print date.
