Viewing Reorganization Events
The Reorganization Events screen contains a list of reorganization events that relate to the plan account. This list is filtered so that only reorganization events that are related to active (non-zero unit) holdings in the plan account are displayed.
Each reorganization event displays a status in the Election Status column. The following is a description of each available status:
• Open—there has been no election selected by the client, and the system date is earlier than the deadline date.
• Canceled—the reorganization event status has been updated to canceled on the Reorganization Event Options screen.
• Declined—the client has elected to not participate in the reorganization event. This election will not be included in the Reorganization Request extract file.
• Expired—there has been no election selected by the client, the system date is equal to or later than the deadline date, and the server time is equal to or later than the deadline time.
• Sent—the submitted election has been extracted into the Reorganization Request extract file.
• Submitted—a client election has been selected and submitted, but has not been included in any Reorganization Request extract file.
