Searching for eDocuments
This feature provides the ability to search for and retrieve documents for an account.
Note: 
This screen can also be accessed from the More lists in the Client Overview screen and the Book of Business screen.
To view eDocuments 
1. Follow the procedure Viewing Account Information.
2. Select eDocuments from the More... list. The eDocuments screen appears.
3. Enter a Client #, or click Find to search for one. The field can be left blank to search for a specified document type fo r all clients for the selected advisor.
4. Enter a client’s Last Name and First Name. Not available and defaulted to the last name and first name of the selected client when accessed from the Client Overview or Account Overvie w screens.
Enabled when accessed from the Book of Business screen. All or part of the client's last name or first name can be entered for a client search. The field will be populated with the last name of the selected client when using the client search functionality. The field can be left blank to search for a specified document type for all clients for the selected servicing advisor.
5. Enter the R•Broker account number for the eDocument. Not available and defaulted to the account number of the selected account when accessed from the Account Overview screen.
Enabled and defaulted to 'blank' when accessed from the Book of Business or Client Overview screens. The operator can enter a valid account number or use the account search functionality. The field will be populated with the account number of the selected account when using the account search functionality. The field can be left blank to search for a specified document type for all accounts for the selected advisor on the Book of Business screen or the advisor of the selected client on the Client Overview screen.
6. Select a Document Type from the list.
7. Select a Document Sub-Type from the list.
8. Enter a Date range. The eDocument date will be equal to or within the specified date range. Can be left blank to search for a specified document type matching the search criteria, regardless of the from and to dates.
9. Click Search. A list of available documents matching the search criteria are displayed.
10. Select the check box for each document in the list that is to be returned in PDF format.
11. Do one of the following:
a) Click Get PDF to return the selected documents as a PDF file. If more that one document is selected to be returned in PDF format, then the multiple documents will be returned in a concatenated (consolidated) PDF document.
b) Click Get Zip to include all selected documents in a zip file. All documents included in the zip file will be in PDF format.
12. Click Close to close the dialog.
