Advisor | drop-down list/button | Displays the advisor number, name and dealer code after an advisor has been selected. If no advisor is selected, a blank field will be displayed, meaning the search will retrieve all advisors (based on the other search criteria and work group dependencies). Click the Find button to open the Advisor search screen, where an advisor can be selected, based on the operators work group. Once an advisor has been selected, the advisor details will be added to the drop- down list. |
Status | drop-down list | Allows the operator to specify which pending account applications will be displayed in the table based on their current status. |
Search | button | Updates the values in the table based on the defined search criteria. |
Pending Applications Table | table | Table displays the list of pending applications. Table results are based on the operators workgroup, where they will only be able to view applications for the advisors they have been permitted access. The screen includes all applications that have been generated from any application process or 'source' (Account Open, KYC Add/Modify, IPS Questionnaire, Order Entry, etc.). |
Action - Launch | ![]() | Opens the R•Digital application back to the last question answered on the pending application in a new browser window. The advisor specified on the pending application will be selected as the default advisor when R•Digital is launched. The pending application opens in the language selected by the operator in R•Desktop. Note: for applications where forms have been generated (all questions have been answered) and the status is 'Signature Required' (includes Joint owner(s) and link expired), the forms summary screen will be launched. |
Action - Signed | ![]() | Removes the pending application from the list and changes all the associated forms to a 'Signature Status' status of 'Signed'. Application forms with a status of 'No Signature Required' will not be affected. This icon will appear if the status of the application is not “In Progress”. Selecting this button will also send a cancellation to the eSignature Provider for any outstanding signature requests. |
Action - Cancel | ![]() | This icon will appear for any status. When the button is selected, if the source is 'Account Open' and the pending application status is not 'In Progress' the following message will appear: “Are you sure you want to cancel this application? Confirming this action will close the account that has already been created. Cancelling will close the confirmation windows and return the user to the pending account applications screen. By confirming the action, the pending application will be removed and set to a status of 'Cancelled' on the account applications screen. Additionally, any forms within this pending application that have a signature status of 'Signed' will have their status changed to 'Not Signed'. Also, any outstanding electronic signature requests attached to the pending application will be marked as expired. In addition to the changes above, for any application forms of source 'Account Open', the account will also be closed. |
