Setting UP an IPQ Questionnaire
Selecting the IPQ button from the Account Overview screen will open the IPQ Questionnaires dialog, which displays a history of the account KYC updates
The entries will initially be displayed in ascending order by active status, then by IPQ effective date in reverse order (newest to oldest). Clicking on any column will reorder the entries based on the column values.
Note:
There can only be one active and one pending IPQ record (pending based on the account KYC status prior to the compliance review approval process) but none to many inactive IPQ records at any given time.
To set up an IPQ questionnaire
2. From the Account Overview screen, click the IPQ button. The IPQ Questionnaires screen appears displaying all IPQs that have been added to the account.
The following fields are available on this screen:

Edit | button | Opens the Investor Profile Questionnaire dialog. Available for all active and pending records. See the next section for more details. |
View | button | Opens the Investor Profile Questionnaire dialog. Available for all inactive records. See the next section for more details. |
Add | button | Opens the Investor Profile Questionnaire dialog to enter a new record. See the next section for more details. If there are multiple unassigned IPQ records for the client (includes records where there is no account number and any with a matching account number), then the Unassigned IPQ Summary dialog will open to allow an unassigned IPQ record to be selected. |
