Fixed Income—Buy or Sell Additional Details tab

This is the second tab for fixed income buy or sell orders.

Item	Type	Description
All or None	check box	All shares must be filled to complete the order. No partial fills allowed.
Exchange Rate	currency	If the currency of the investment is not the same as the currency of the client settlement account, enter the exchange rate.
Expiry/Next Day/AM	check box/date	If the order is to expire the next business day, click the Next Day/AM check box. Otherwise, click the calendar button to enter an expiry date. Note: Depending on license, the existing calendar widget is removed and in its place a drop-down field is enabled when the security selected for the investment is an Exchange Traded Fixed Income security.
Fill or Kill	check box	Cancel the order if the entire order cannot be filled when received.
FX Rate/Get Rate	display/button	Click button to display the retail exchange rate as of the order entry date based on the base currency of the plan account and the currency of the market that the order is being placed on. If no exchange rate is available for the order entry date, the field will be populated with the most recent rate available.
Limit $	option button/currency	Indicates a limit price for the order. If selected, a limit price must also be entered.
Market	option button	When the order is submitted, it will be placed with a price of “Market”.
Quantity Filled	number	Indicates whether the order has received any fills. This quantity will be the total of the fills received. If no fills have been received then the value displayed will be 0.
Quantity Remaining	number	Displays the net of original order quantity less the quantity filled.
Settlement Date	date	Enter the settlement date, or click the date button to select one.
Settlement Type	drop-down list	Select from the list
Special Instructions	check boxes	Fill or Kill: Instructs a brokerage to execute a transaction immediately and completely or not at all. All or None: Instructs the broker to fill the order completely or not at all. No partial fills. Odd lots at market: Indicates whether odd lots should be sold at the market price.
Trade Surcharge	currency	Enter a trade surcharge, if applicable.

4. Click the Trailers button to open the Trailers dialog. From there you can select trailers to attach to the order.

5. If you are transferring assets between accounts where there may be tax implications, click the Tax Details tab where withholding tax and contribution receipt information can be added.

6. If you want to submit the order right away, click the Submit Now button.

7. If you want to add the order to an order bundle, click the Add to Bundle button. The order can now be viewed, edited or submitted with other orders in the Bundle tab.

8. To cancel your order entry without submitting, click Close.
