This tab is enabled for RESP cash orders. The screen can vary, depending on license.
1. From the Cash tab of the Order Entry dialog, click the RESP Details tab. The RESP Details dialog appears.
2. Select a beneficiary in the list, then click the Select button. The Contribution Allocation dialog appears.
Note:
May have to slide scroll bar to the right to access the Select button.
3. If a grant is requested for the selected beneficiary, select the Request grant check box. The value will default from the Request Grant default value specified for the beneficiary in Related Party Details.
4. To request the enhanced grant, select the Request egrant check box.
5. To request SAGES select the Request SAGES check box.
6. If the SAGES check box is selected, select a date the SAGES application was signed or the date the SAGES is requested is to be cancelled.
7. If you want to resend a SAGES request that is already accepted, select the Resend SAGES request check box.
Note:
The check box will be cleared once the final outbound file is created to allow the ability to resend another request, if required.
8. Do one of the following:
• Select the Amount option, then enter the dollar amount allocated to the beneficiary.
• Select the % of Total option, then enter the percentage allocated to the beneficiary.
9. Click Save. The Contribution Allocation dialog closes and the RESP Details dialog reappears with the updated beneficiary information displayed.
