Fund From Client Details
This dialog appears when “Client” is selected in the From Fund list on the Add Buy Instruction Item dialog.
Bank Item
1. Click the Bank Item Details button. The Banking Details dialog appears.
2. Select a Settlement Method from the list.
3. If EFT is selected as the Settlement Method, select the account from the EFT Account list.
4. Select a Payee Type from the list.
5. Click Cheque Information button to open the Cheque Information dialog where you can view default name and address information. You can also add alternate payee on this dialog.
6. Click Save. The Banking Details dialog reappears.
7. Click Save. Banking details are saved and the Fund From Client Details dialog reappears.
8. Click Save. The instruction is saved and you are returned to the Buy Instruction Details dialog.
Tax Details
9. Click the Tax Details button. The Tax Details dialog appears.
10. Enter information, as described in the following table, then click OK to save.

Instant contribution receipt

When selected for a demand deposit order, the Instant Contribution receipt (Tax Receipt for RRSP Contributions) is processed and is available through the Report Manager.
Cancel
button
Cancels all entries and closes dialog.
OK
button
Saves tax details and closes the dialog.
