Account Type Statistics
This screen provides information about each of the plan types, showing the total count and the total market value descending by Market Value. A grand total for the number of plans and the market value is also provided.
Only plan accounts that have assets and a positive market value are taken into account.
To view Account Type Statistics 
1. Follow the procedure Accessing the Book of Business.
2. Select Account Type Statistics from the Book of Business list. The Account Type Statistics screen appears.
3. If applicable, click Next Page to view this summary for additional clients.
4. If you only want to view records from a specific advisor, select from the Advisor list.
Description of Account Type Statistics Columns
Column
Description
Account Type
Account designation combined with account types as they appear in the Client Overview screen. Grouped by account designation-base product type. Displayed as "account designation-account type".
Each description is a link to that, when clicked, searches for and displays a list of all the accounts that fall under the specific account type.
Number of Plans
Number of plans with assets (positive plan market value) having the same account type as of the portfolio date.
Market Value
Total market value for all plans with assets having the same account type as of portfolio date. The market value for each individual plan will is calculated as the sum of the market value of all its assets: demand, mutual funds, equities, terms, fixed income, and then summarized based on plan's type.
Totals
Grand total for the number of plans and the market value of all active plans under the advisors' portfolio. Represents the sum of "Number of plans" and "Market value" columns.
