Systematic Plan Information Statistics
This screen provides information about the fund company PAC/SWP. It displays in-house PAC/SWP totals including total number of PACs/SWPs and the amount invested/withdrawn per month.
The upper bar chart is a representation of the number of accounts reported for each systematic plan category, and the lower chart is a representation of the total dollar amount invested (PAC) or withdrawn (SWP) for each reported systematic plan category.

2. Select Systematic Plan Information from the Book of Business list. The Systematic Plan Information screen appears.
3. If applicable, click Next Page to view this summary for additional clients.
4. If you only want to view records from a specific advisor, select from the Advisor list.
Description of Account Designation Statistics Columns

PAC/SWP Information | The 4 types of PAC/SWP. |
Number of Accounts | Number of active accounts having active PAC/SWPs as of the portfolio date. |
Amount
invested (PAC)
withdrawn (SWP) | Sum of the invested amounts for active PACs and sum of the withdrawn amounts for SWPs. These values are sums regardless of the frequency type of each individual PAC/SWP. |
Totals | Grand total of the number of accounts having either a PAC or a SWP with the total PAC/SWP amounts. |
