Batch Investment Summaries subtab
Select Batch By
16. Enter a Dealer Code, or click Find to search for one.
17. Select a Report Code from the list.
18. Enter the Client/Household From name and To name.
19. Select the Client Language.
20. Enter the Minimum Market Value.
Consolidate Summary
21. If you want to consolidate summaries, do the following:
a) Click the CONSOLIDATE SUMMARY check box.
b) Select either the By client ID or the By household ID option button.
Letterhead
22. If you want to provide a predefined space at the top of the page, do the following:
a) Click the Letterhead check box.
b) Select either the First page only or the All pages option button.
Note: 
If First page is selected, letterhead space is defined on the first page only. If All pages is selected, letterhead space will appear on all pages in the summary.
Include on Report
23. Click check boxes for any items you want included in the report.
24. In the Report Investment Type By list, select one of the following:
Book value (nominee)—adds the Book value column for nominee accounts only.
Date of 1st transaction—adds the effective date of the first transaction.
Gain/Loss—adds the Net Invested, Gain (Loss) $, and Gain (Loss) % columns.
Gain/Loss with totals—adds the total values to each column in the Investment Holdings section of the Investment Summary.
Invested/withdrawn—adds the Invested and Withdrawn columns.
25. In the Report Selected Summaries By list, choose the language in which all selected investment summaries are to be printed. Selections include:
Client Language—all selected investment summaries will print in the language of the client.
English—investment summaries will print in English only.
French—investment summaries will print in French only.
