CRM Attributes tab
There are 20 rows on this tab for user defined attributes to be entered.
35. If you want to change the advisor, select from the Advisor drop-down list.
Note:
The displayed CRM attributes are associated with the selected advisor. Changing CRM attributes for any advisor will require that “Save” be selected in order to make those changes. If changes are made and the advisor selected is changed prior to saving the changes, then all changes made will be lost. A confirm message will be returned in this case, “Changes have been made to CRM attributes that have not been saved. Select OK to Continue without saving changes and Cancel to return to the screen without resetting the updated values.
36. In the Attribute Label field, enter the label for the CRM attribute.
37. Select the Type of CRM attribute from the Type list.
38. If List is selected in the Type drop-down list, do the following:
a) Select an attribute from the List drop-down list.
b) Click the Add button to add an Attribute Description that will be added to the List drop-down menu.
c) Click Remove to have the highlighted option in the Type drop-down list removed from the list.
39. To delete all data relating to the corresponding CRM attribute, click Delete.
40. To save the CRM attributes, click Save.
