Advanced Search
The advanced search feature allows searches for existing clients using a variety of client, KYC, account, investment portfolio and user-defined CRM attributes.
The dialog includes 5 tabs where search criteria can be entered:
• Client Details
• CRM Attributes
• KYC Details
• Account Details
• Book of Business Values
In all cases where a range can be specified for an attribute, both From and To values are not required, and the following behaviour will be followed:
• If a non-blank value is specified for the From value and the To value is blank, there will be no upper boundary used and all values greater than or equal to the From value will be considered a match.
• If a non-blank value is specified for the To value and the From value is blank, there will be no lower boundary used and all values less than or equal to the To value will be considered a match.
