Mortgage | Indicates the mortgage value for the new or existing client KYC record. Enabled and allows an input value if the Liabilities field type is Mortgage and loan input and the system date is equal to or later than the effective date. Net Worth Details | The fields in the section are either Input or Range based on the compliance configuration in R•Broker Administrator for the introducing dealer for the client. The Previous Details button is only visible when updating an existing client KYC record if the field type has changed for any of the net worth fields, and the current system date is equal to or later than the effective date for the field type change. When the Previous Details button is selected, the Previous Net Worth Details dialog is launched to display the details of the existing client KYC record. |

Total Net Worth | Indicates the total net worth value for the new or existing client KYC record. If the Assets (liquid, fixed), total net worth field type is Range and the current system date is equal to or later than the effective date, then the field is enabled to select a range. If the Assets (liquid, fixed), total net worth field type is Input and the current system date is equal to or later than the effective date, then the field is disabled and displays the calculated/stored sum of the Total assets minus the Total liabilities where the value is negative if the Total liabilities exceed the Total assets. The field is defaulted to blank if entering a new record or if updating an existing record where the field type has changed types. The field is defaulted to the existing value/range selection if updating an existing record where the field type is the same type.
