Updating Personal or Enterprise Information
Use the Additional Information option to view or modify designation, status, segment, taxation country and province, preferred language and report code for the client.
The Additional Information dialog can apply to either a person or a company. Fields will vary depending on the type of client.
To view or modify personal information
2. From the Client Overview screen, select Additional Information from the More... list. The Person Additional Information dialog appears.
3. Make changes to any of the drop-down lists, then click Update to save.
