Adding or Updating Household Information
You can link the participants of households for the purpose of consolidating information, particularly investment summaries. A household in R•Broker is where one or more participants are consolidated for statement or reporting purposes.
The name of the selected client is automatically considered the Household name. The selected client is also considered to be Head of the Household. You can keep these defaults or change them.
A household looks the same regardless of which client of the household you are in. Household maintenance can be done only from the Head of household client.
Note: 
All participants in a household must have the same advisor.
To add or update household information 
1. Follow the procedure Viewing Client Information.
2. From the Client Overview screen, select Household Information from the More... list. The Client Household Information dialog appears.
3. If you want to delete an existing record, click the check box for the name you want to delete, then click the Delete button.
4. To add a new name, do the following:
a) Click the Add button.
b) Enter the new name, or click Find to locate one.
c) Click Update.
5. To open the Household Money-Weighted ROR screen, do the following:
a) Click the Household MWROR button. The Household Money-Weighted ROR dialog appears displaying MWROR returns for 1 month, 3 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, 10 years and since inception.
b) To submit the Household Money-Weighted ROR report, click the Print Household MWROR button. The Report Outcome dialog will be displayed on top of this screen where ROR date ranges and cutoff dates can be set.
c) Click Close to close the dialog.
