Adding Client Notes
With R•Desktop, you can record client notes to keep track of, for example, customer service representative action on a complaint, or the status of a particular client request.
You have the option to flag any note as “Urgent”. Doing this will open a popup reminder message whenever the Client Overview screen is accessed.
Note: 
Depending on license, either this section or the previous section, “Adding Client Notes and Diary Information”, will be available from the More list.
To add client notes 
1. Follow the procedure Viewing Client Information.
2. Select Client Notes from the More... list. The Client Note Summary dialog appears.
3. If you want to view an existing note, click the View button.
4. To add a new note, do the following:
a) Click the Add button. The Client Note Details dialog appears.
b) Enter a Subject for the client note.
c) If the note is urgent, click the Urgent check box. After the note is saved, it will appear as a popup at the next login.
d) Enter the details of the note in the Details field.
e) To save the note, click Save. The dialog closes and the new note appears in the Client Note Summary dialog.
