Advisor Tasks
To set up an advisor taskĀ 
1. Select Tasks from the Action... drop-down list. The Task Summary dialog appears.
Note: 
Both Advisor and Client tasks are displayed in the Task Summary screen. But you can only add Advisor tasks from this dialog. To add Client level tasks, see the next section.
2. To add a new advisor task, click Add. The Task Details dialog appears.
3. Enter a Due Date for the task, or click button to open the date calendar where you can select the due date.
4. Select an Advisor from the list.
5. Enter a description, or title, for the task.
6. Enter the Details of the task.
7. Click Save to save the task and close the dialog. Your new task appears in the Task Summary dialog.
8. If you want to edit the task, click the Description link in the Task Summary dialog.
