The R•Digital Account open process can be performed through R•Desktop. Selection of this option from the More list on the Client Overview screen will launch the R•Digital application in a new browser window in the language currently in use by the operator in R•Desktop. This will not replace the existing 'Add Account' option.

By selecting the option, the application will launch the first module within the account open workflow, based on the current license configuration. The advisor specified on the client's account will be set as the default advisor for the account open workflow.

While going through the account open process in R•Digital, the operator will be permitted to return to R•Desktop and navigate through the screens without error.
