Use this feature to add notes to any account. Notes can also be added at the client level. For more information, see
Adding Client Notes and Diary Information.
2. Select Account Notes from t he More... list. The Account Notes Summary dialog appears.
3. If you want to view or edit an existing note, click the View/Edit button.
4. To add a new note, do the following:
a) Click the Add button. The Account Notes Details dialog appears.
b) Enter a Subject for the note, then enter the details.
c) If the note is urgent, click the Urgent check box.
d) Select a Primary Reason Code and Secondary Reason Code, if available, from the drop-down lists.
e) To save the note, click Save. The Account Notes Summary dialog reappears with your note displayed.
f) If you want to view or edit an existing note, click the View/Edit button.
g) If you want to delete an existing note, click Delete.
