Adding a Sell Instruction
Information in this section includes:
To add a sell instruction 
1. Enter a sell or redemption order and add it as part of an order bundle. See the previous section for details.
2. In the Order Entry dialog, click the Bundle tab. Any orders that have been set up appear in the list.
3. Click the Sell Instructions tab, then click Add. The Sell Instructions Details dialog appears.
4. Click the Add button under the Action column in the Fund To section of the dialog. The Add Sell Instruction Item dialog appears.
5. Select value from the Fund To list.
6. If the rate is guaranteed, click the Rate Guaranteed check box.
7. Select either Dollars or Percent, then enter appropriate values, as described in the following table.

The percent field will always be 100% and the amount field will be equal to the total net amount of buy order items added.
Allocated Amount
display
Calculated based on the sum of the percentages entered on instruction items previously recorded.
Amount field based on the sum of the dollar amounts entered on instruction items previously recorded.
Item Amount
dollar
Percent field defaulted to 100% minus the allocated amount. It can be modified to any percentage that is less than the defaulted value up to 2 decimal places.
Dollar field defaulted to the Amount to Allocate minus the Allocated Amount. It can be modified to any amount that is less than the defaulted amount and greater than 0.00.

Returns you to the Sell Instructions tab on the Order Entry Form without saving the last allocation.
8. Click Next. If “Fund” was selected in the From To list, see the next section for details. If “Client” was selected, see Fund From Client Details.
