Asset Mix
This screen displays the current market value as of the portfolio date and percentage for each asset mix class. The holding classes are assigned in the product book in Administrator by investment. The list is sorted descending by market value by default.
The screen will have a pie chart type graph that shows the proportion of each of the asset classes based on their corresponding market values.
Note: 
Short positions are viewed as zero value in regards to the calculation and are ignored.
A maximum of eight items will show on the chart. If the number of asset classes is more than eight, then the first seven (based on their market value) will show and all the others will be summed together into a new category called “OTHERS**”. In this case a new button displays under the main graph and, when selected, allows you to view the other asset classes on a secondary pie chart located under the first.
To view the Asset Mix 
1. Follow the procedure Accessing the Book of Business.
2. Select Asset Mix from the Book of Business list. The Asset Mix screen appears.
3. If applicable, click Next Page to view this summary for additional clients.
4. If you only want to view records from a specific advisor, select from the Advisor list.
Description of Asset Mix Columns

Rank based on current sort.
Asset Class
Investment class name as it appears in OpenAdmin (Investments screen) of all investments that have a positive market value as of the portfolio date.
Market Value
Total market value for all investment products that are within the same asset class. Each asset class market value is the sum of the market value of all investments that have the same asset class.
Percentage
The % of asset class market value to total market value of all investments. Values are displayed with 2 decimals and rounded so that it will sum up to 100 for the total.
Totals
Grand total for the market value of all reported asset classes. Represents the sum of "Market value" columns with the % always at 100.
Pie Chart
A 3D pie chart is included which is based on the market values of each asset class. The legend is located on the right side of the pie which shows a maximum of 8 items.
OTHERS**
A button that is displayed if there are more than eight asset classes in the list. Allows you to view the other asset classes on a secondary pie chart located under the first.
