Submitting a Report
In R•Desktop you can select from a list of different reports, the details on what information is to appear on the report, and how the information is displayed. Reports are submitted from the Request a Report screen.
The Report Manager screen is divided into two sections:
Request a Report (upper section of the screen)
Retrieve a Report (lower section of the screen)
To submit a report 
1. From the Action drop-down list, select Report Manager. The Report Manager screen appears.
2. In the Request a Report section of the screen, select a report Category, then a report Name. Default values appear in the Report Details section of the screen. Field Selections for the selected report also appear.
3. Enter the type of date range desired, such as Effective Date or Entry Date, then enter a date range, either by typing in the exact date (Mar 23, 2010) or by clicking the calendar buttons where you can select a date.
4. Select a sorting option from the Sort By list.
5. Select a Language from the list.
6. Select the format for the report, such as PDF, from the File Type list.
7. Click the Field Selection tabs to enter parameters for each report field.
8. To submit your report, click Submit.
