Managing Reports
Reports Overview
The report module provides powerful reporting and report distribution capabilities. For flexibility and relevance for different audiences across the organization, reports can be produced with a wide variety of sort criteria and user-defined date ranges. Reports can also be named, which appear on the Report Manager screen.
Field selections for the report, where you set up your parameters, appear as tabs in the Field Selections section of the Report Manager screen. Clicking any of these field selections will display the means to set up the parameters for that field. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
Specific reports available for selection are pre-determined by your security profile.
Reports are created in either text or Adobe PDF format for electronic distribution.
