Viewing Reports
You can view reports in R•Desktop using the Report Manager option. The Search option retrieves every report in a date range and/or those with a selected status.
If a report has been submitted but is not yet available for viewing, you can see its status. You can also view a list cancelled reports or those that have an error status.
Reports are available for a limited period of time, depending on file maintenance procedures.
To view a report 
1. From the Action drop-down list, select Report Manager. The Report Manager screen appears.
2. In the Retrieve a Report section of the screen, enter a date range in the From Date and To Date fields. Use a date that is within the date the report was submitted.
3. Select a status from the drop-down list.
4. Click Refresh. Reports matching the date range and status are displayed.
5. To view a report, click View in the row of the report you want to see.
6. If you want to permanently delete a report from the list, click Delete in the row of the report you want deleted. This option is only available for reports with a status of “Available (FTPed)”.
