The Statement Extract Schedule screen allows an operator to set the default reporting frequency, and other existing statement extract parameters for a dealer. In addition, a cutoff date table is displayed in the bottom half of the screen, which will allow the operator to add/update specific dates that will be used as the statement period current cutoff dates for the statement extract.
1. Select Statement Extract Schedule from the Action menu. The Statement Extract Schedule screen appears.
2. Click Dealer Find button to search for and select a dealer.
3. Select a Default Reporting Frequency from the list.
4. Select the Use IIROC Behaviour check box to indicate that the Scheduled Statement Extracts batch process will follow specific behaviour when initiating the statement extract process for the applicable dealer.
5. Select an Account Activity from the list.
Note:
The value specified here will be used to assign the value for the corresponding statement extract parameter when the statement extract is generated for the dealer through the Scheduled Statement Extracts batch process.
6. In the EXCLUDE ACCOUNTS WHERE THE ONLY ACTIVITY IS section of the screen, select which accounts are to be included in the statement extract.
Note:
The values selected in this section will be used to assign values to the corresponding existing statement extract parameter when the statement extract is generated for the dealer through the Scheduled Statement Extracts batch process.
7. In the INCLUDE section of the screen, select which data elements are to be included in the statement extract.
8. Click the View/Edit button for a year to open the Statement Extract Cutoff Dates dialog where the existing values for the selected year can be viewed and modified.
9. Click the Add button to open the Statement Extract Cutoff Dates dialog where a new year record can be added for the dealer.
10. Click Save to save when adding statement extract schedule information for the dealer for the first time. Click Update to save information for a dealer that has been previously saved.
