Compliance Messages
The Compliance Messages dialog is accessed through the Inquiries sections of the Compliance Dashboard screens.
Messages displayed for each operator are determined based on the hyperlink selected on the Compliance dashboards. Messages will be displayed based on the linked event type and state of the message thread (i.e. Action required, Responded, Sent, Follow-up, or Completed).
Only messages matching the Sender and Recipient role of the operator, or a member of the operator's delegate group, are displayed.
