After an internal full plan transfer is done you can either close the account or keep it open.
2. Select Full Account Transfer from the More... drop-down list. The Full Account Transfer dialog appears.
3. Select the source account from the From Account # list.
4. Do one of the following:
• If you want to close the account after the transfer, click Close account after transfer.
• If you want to keep the account open after the transfer, click Account remains open after transfer.
5. Click the Get Accounts button to retrieve eligible destination accounts.
6. Select the receiving account from the To Account # list.
7. Select a Transfer Type from the list.
8. Click OK. The transfer order is submitted.
