Items in the following table appear in alphabetical order.

Capital Gain/Loss Discussed

Indicates the advisor has discussed any potential capital gain or loss that may occur when the order is executed.

Enter comments, if desired.
Date & Time of Client Contact
date/time
Indicates the date and time of the advisors communication with the client. The field is separated into two fields, the date followed by a button to launch the standard date selection popup and then the time.
From Account
drop-down list
Select the destination account for the transfer.
From Investment
drop-down list
Select from the list.
FX Deal #
text
Refers to the client reference of a booked FX rate with an FX desk or other third party.
FX Rate
number/button
Licensed field is enabled when the cash transfer is between different currency accounts requiring an FX conversion (i.e. CAD to USD, or USD to CAD).
The Get Rate button retrieves the FX rate from the FX gateway defined for the dealer, and populates the FX rate field. This button may be selected more than once to re-request an FX rate for timed out requests, or simply to validate any rate changes.
Order Source

Select from the list.
Override FX Rate
check box
Indicates that the FX rate entered will be used, regardless of the rate supplied by the FX interface.
Post Accrued Fee
check box
Click to have accrued fees calculated and posted to the account and included in the withdrawal.
Post Accrued Interest
check box
Click to have accrued interest calculated and posted to the account and included in the transfer.
Tax Details
drop-down list
Select from the list. For more information about the Tax Details dialog, see Tax Details.
To Investment
drop-down list
Select from the list.
Transfer Type
drop-down list
Select from the list.
Waive Automated Fee
check box
Used to determine if an automated fee defined for the account product will be waived.
If selected, the automated fee defined for the transaction type in Administrator will not be charged. Otherwise the transaction net amount would be reduced by the fee amount (including taxes), and a separate fee transaction would be charged when created, regardless of the 'Amount type' (Dollars or Full).
5. To add it to an order bundle, where additional orders will be set up before submitting, click Add to Bundle. For more information about order bundles, see Setting Up an Order Bundle.
6. To submit the order right away, click Submit Now. The order is submitted.
