Approve | button | Opens the Automated Rebalancing Exclusion Details dialog to approve or not approve the selection of the Exclude from automated rebalancing flag. Enabled when the Exclude from automated rebalancing flag is selected. An authorized operator will be required to approve the selection of the account to be excluded from automated rebalancing on the Automated Rebalancing Exclusion. However, all operators will have access to view the details associated with the exclusion. |
Asset Allocation Model Find | button | Opens the Asset Allocation Models dialog. |
End Date | date | Defaults to blank if there is no existing asset allocation model, otherwise the last value saved, which can be blank. |
Exclude from Automated Rebalancing | check box | Indicates that the model assigned to the account will be excluded from automated rebalancing. Selecting this check box enables the Approve button. The check box can be cleared at any time where no approval process will be required. |
Exclude from Automated Rebalancing | check box/button | Indicates that the model assigned to the account will be excluded from automated rebalancing. When the check box is selected, the associated Approve button becomes enabled. When the Approve button is clicked, the Automated Rebalancing Exclusion dialog opens to approve or not approve the selection of the Exclude from automated rebalancing flag. The check box is automatically cleared when the system date reaches the “Expires on” date, as indicated on the Automated Rebalancing Exclusion Details dialog. The check box can be cleared at any time where no approval process is required. Enabled if the “Allow account level rebalancing requests” check box is selected on the Asset Allocation Model Details dialog associated with the model selected for the account. |

LEVEL 1 RANGE | column | Displays the Min and Max percentages associated with the 1 range for the Holding Classification, as defined for the model selected for the account. |
LEVEL 1 RANGE (2nd column) | column | Displays the Min and Max percentages associated with the level 1 range for the Security within the Holding Classification, as defined for the model selected for the account. |
Minimum Trade Threshold Amount | drop-down list | Always enabled. Defaults to the amount that is defined for the Asset Allocation model that is selected. Selecting a new Asset Allocation model will update this field. This field allows only positive numbers with 2 decimals. The maximum is 7 digits to the left of the decimal and 2 digits to the right. |
Model Security % | percentage | Enabled if the “Allow account level security changes” check box is selected on the Asset Allocation Model Details dialog associated with the model selected for the account. The value will continue to be sourced from the MODEL SECURITY % field for the security defined for the model when it is initially selected for the account. However, the operator will now be able to modify the value as an override for the specific account. If the value is updated at the model level, then the overridden value specific to the account will be updated to the new value indicated at the model level. When this occurs, a new plan exception is logged. The plan exception is displayed on the Exception Log Summary screen in Sales & Service |
